Police investigating decades-old rape claim made against Sylvester Stallone

Police investigating decades-old rape claim made against Sylvester Stallone

Not only did Stallone deny the accusations, but his ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen said that during that time the two were constantly together so he couldn't have been with anyone else.

Stallone's attorney, Marty Singer, said this all started when a media outlet contacted him after a woman filed a report with the Santa Monica Police Department, alleging the actor raped her many years ago, TMZ reported.

After the alleged horrifying experience, she decided not to report to the police because she feared retribution. Stallone admitted that he and the woman spent three days together in the late 80s while he was shooting a movie in Israel, but did not see her again after that.

A woman has filed a police report accusing Sylvester Stallone of sexual assault from 27 years ago. His representatives say they have been told the woman is claiming she was raped, according to TMZ.

The actor is reportedly fighting back against a woman who accused him of rape. And Sylvester's lawyer has already confirmed they will be pushing for the woman to be prosecuted for filing a false report.

This is the second sexual misconduct report against the veteran actor.

She claimed the actor invited her up to his room, as which time he asked whether she'd ever had a threesome. The accuser says she consented to have sex with Stallone but not De Luca, and that Stallone threatened to "beat her head in" if she told anyone.

Previously, Stallone's spokeswoman Michelle Bega described the Las Vegas allegation as a "ridiculous, categorically false story". No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone.

In January 2013, the New York Post obtained documents showing that Stallone had reached a confidential multimillion-dollar settlement in 1987 with his half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti.
