WEEI radio host who insulted Tom Brady's daughter suspended indefinitely

WEEI radio host who insulted Tom Brady's daughter suspended indefinitely

According to ESPN reporter Mike Reiss, Brady also suggested he is going to evaluate whether or not he will appear on WEEI again moving forward after what Reimer said. It's very disappointing when you hear [the comments about my daughter], certainly. They didn't ask to be part of that world, they don't sign the contracts, they don't play the games and they don't deserve to be targeted by a Boston radio host. WEEI's Alex Reimer was heard referring to Brady's 5-year-old daughter Vivian as an "annoying little pissant" last Thursday. During a discussion of Brady's Facebook documentary "Tom vs Time", Reimer used a derogatory term to discuss what he perceived as Brady's daughter's annoying behavior.

On Monday morning, Brady exacted his revenge during his regular Monday morning appearance on a different show on WEEI.

Brady's fans - and the station itself - quickly condemned the remark, but it wasn't fully addressed on-air until Monday morning.

Brady, on the Kirk & Callahan Show on Monday morning, cut off the interview after about two minutes.

The record-breaking National Football League star hung up during a radio show on Monday morning after one of the show's hosts recently made a poor joke about his daughter with supermodel Gisele Bundchen.

WEEI says the network suspended Reimer indefinitely on Friday. The audio that ticked off Brady occurred during an evening show last week.

Brady made a decision to end the conversation after just two minutes, usually their chats are much longer.

Brady and the Patriots will face the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl on Sunday. I think any dad would be if a radio host publicly called his child a "pissant".
