Emma Watson shows off "Times Up" tattoo with grammatical error

Emma Watson shows off

Watson, a United Nations Women Goodwill Ambassador, has long-supporter the anti-sexual harassment cause, donating north of a million dollars to a legal defense fund for men and women who claim to be victims of workplace misconduct.

Emma Watson once again threw her weight behind the #TimesUp and #MeToo movements by unveiling a new tattoo at the 2018 Oscars in support of the fight against sexual harassment in Hollywood. Unfortunately, a grammatical error stole the attention from the message she was trying to communicate.

Actress Emma Watson took to the Oscars red carpet on Sunday evening with a cause close to her heart tattooed on her arm.

Instead of saying "Time's Up" the tattoo says "Times Up".

Watson's ink reads "Times Up", missing a crucial apostrophe between the "e" and the "s". I sooooo thought she was better than that.

Not to worry, though - the Beauty and the Beast actress' new art isn't permanent.

"I stand with all the women who have been sexually harassed, and am awe-struck by their bravery", she said. Its goal is to combat sexual harassment and workplace inequality in Hollywood ― and everywhere else ― and also includes a legal defense fund.

Watson has been a staunch supporter of the initiative from its start, and has been an advocate of bringing the movement to the United Kingdom. The filmmakers, the producers, the directors, the writers, the cinematographer, the composers, the songwriters, the designers.

She concluded her short speech with the words "inclusion rider" in reference to a clause actors are entitled to add to their contract that specifying diversity amongst the cast and crew.
