Priyanka Chopra to star alongside Chris Pratt in Cowboy Ninja Viking

Priyanka Chopra to star alongside Chris Pratt in Cowboy Ninja Viking

The Guardians of the Galaxy frontman will definitely be back on screen next year, though, in the equally bonkers sounding Cowboy Ninja Viking movie.

Pakistani actor Meera has said she is a better actor than Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra. At the Vogue Beauty Awards, Kangana was quoted as saying, "I spoke to Priyanka the other day and I congratulated her". The story revolves around a counter-intelligence unit formed by psychotherapist Sebastian Ghislain, who transforms agents known as Triplets, a reference to multiple personalities. Chopra will be playing the love interest of Chris Pratt's character.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal Pictures has tapped Priyanka Chopra (Quantico, A Kid Like Jake) to join Cowboy Ninja Viking. It'll be Priyanka Chopra's second feature-length venture for 2019, after the upcoming adaptation of Kristin Hannah's novel The Nightingale. "But she has stepped in without a moment's hesitation", a source says.

Director Ali Abbas Zaffar tweeted the news that she withdrew from the film for a special reason.

The confirmation of Priyanka Chopra quitting Bharat came soon after the rumours of her engagement with American Pop singer Nick Jonas started doing rounds on social media.

Priyanka was in Mumbai for the last couple of days to shoot for Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar. Now comes the next big news of PC signing a huge Hollywood project titled "Cowboy, Ninja Viking" directed by Michelle Maclaren of "Game of Thrones" fame.
